Been with Convergys for three years and worked as chat support for AT&T so I am used to talking to clients. And also fluent in speaking and writing in English and can do graveyard shift as well. Also, have 3 years of experience assisting brokers with their mortgages. I have worked with an Australian company. Daily tasks include:
- End to end loan processing
- Data entry using Podium / myCRM
- Submitting loans through Apply Online
- Doing valuations and pricing approvals
- Sending
- Organizing clients’ documents into GDrive
- Following up with the banks
