I have an excellent track record in personal insurance and sales and I’m very familiar with the process. I am versatile towards building effective customer relationships to successfully support a business. As an Inside Sales Associate and Service VA  –I am a very persevering and a solution-based person. I don’t give up easily into a difficult situation. I look ways to overcome objections by finding out the root cause then come up with a solution accordingly. I am open-minded when it comes to feedback or subjective criticism and make sure to apply it the next time. Also has versatility in conversing with different kinds of people. As a Customer Service Representative - I can do multitasking and willing to extend time if necessary to make sure everything is accomplished. I make checklist to make sure tasks will be completed. I am a detailed oriented person and has a good communication skills. When several tasks are given, I prioritize the task that needs immediate action.
