Profile Description

Hello my name is Upgrade to see actual info, by profession I am a nurse but I chose a different career path. I worked in a call center company for 3 years as a customer service and technical support for internet providers. After 3 years, I decided to resign and try another work that can give me time freedom, I became a virtual assistant. I've been working at home for the past 6 years and still a VA right now. I really enjoyed working at home, I've got the best of both worlds actually.

My previous tasks:
- Researching houses for real estate
- Transcribing real estate podcast and editing
-Customer support using skype but I can only do chat support right now
-Marketing campaigns using social media accounts
-Article writing 2 pages from business related to organic farming
-Apps I know how to use: Googledocs, Microsoft office, Video maker, Craigslist

Task Expectations:
If you can provide me a tutorial video for the task to make sure we are on the same page, that will be great.
