Profile Description
I have worked as a recruiter in a manufacturing and automotive setting and currently working in a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) setting.
With this experiences that I have, I have gained skills and knowledge in MS Office, and different Applicant Tracking Systems. I know how to operate ICIMS, Avature and Taleo. I also know some projective techniques, administering psychological tests, and handling group dynamic activities which is essential for team building that I learned during college as I am a graduate of BS Psychology. I am also a graduate of Drafting when I was in high school.
I can assure you that I can work under time pressure and still be on top of the SLA that is expected of me.
Currently I can commit 3-4 hours of my day to day time to work since I am working full time from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM (PHT) and my goal right now is to have an extra income using this platform.
