Profile Description

I am working as Financial Accountant/Bookkeeper for 7 years now, 2 years in local Accounting Firm in Makati-PH and 2 years in Accounting Firm based in Australia. In Australian Accounting Firm (BPO) I am part of the operations team. I handle the flow of the business from end to end reports. I also do bookkeeping such as recording of invoices for sales and recording of invoices for purchases. I prepare monthly reports such as Financial Statements, aging of Accounts Receivables, Cost splitting for the 8 affiliated of our company, list of creditors and process their payments. Also, I am part of the Manila team, same with the operations in Australia, I do manila record the sales which is what we bill to our counterpart. I pay the Manila Creditors, prepare Tax Returns. I stand also as a Payroll Manager from end to end process. I have mentioned in the above task that I prepare the aging of accounts receivables, other than that, I call clients to follow up for payments. I answer calls from them if they have an inquiry about the invoice and forward this to the right person if it is beyond my control. In managing the Accounts Payable of our company in Australia, it includes the maintaining of the insurance and other accountability. ensuring that the employee and clients needs are met.
