Profile Description

I've done debt collection for the longest time when I was working, and have extensive skill in skip tracing. I dealt with customers in paying off their debts over the phone and corresponding via email for follow-ups. I have experience in customer service for a dish satellite company as well, helping customers with their bills, tv programming, payments, and basic troubleshooting. I also did an administrative job for a short period of time, also in the collection department. I've prepared invoices, job order, 10-day demand, bankruptcy and the like. I have basic knowledge with MS office.
I am currently freelancing in transcription. However, I wanted to expand my knowledge in freelancing and home base work and if given the chance, with the right training for the job, I am certain that I can help you with your requirements.
