I am looking for a long-term projects where I can apply my abilities and experiences while also learning new things. I can multi-tasks who's up for challenges. I can work with minimum supervision, dependable, and reliable. I treat my client's project/work as my own and it's my personal goal is to surpass my client's expectations.
I had been with AT&T for almost 3 years as an Account Specialist in billing and Upgrade to see actual infoom there I’ve entirely attained a lot of experience in customer service for a variety of task such as billing, order processing, sales promotion, troubleshooting, chat support, refund processing, Follow-up sales and appointments. Satisfying a customer is my main objective and provide real-time solutions beyond their needs.
Also worked as a technical support and quality assurance under Trucast Project for almost 2 years. Our main client was Dell, Microsoft, Ferrari Etc. Main task is to identify and resolve the issue of their customer. Working with them enhanced my skill to be keen to details and made an out of the box resolution.
As of now I am more focus on web research, data scraping for lead generation and other similar projects. Because I have noticed that I am able to search on small but important details easily. But I am still open for customer service and other related jobs to learn new things to gain more knowledge and acquire valuable skill.
I am a trustworthy person, easy to work with, diligent, punctual, a person with great attention to details, fast learner and can work with less supervision.
