Learning has been an integral part of my life. My passion for learning greatly helped me in acquiring an extensive range of skills and knowledge that gave professional and personal endeavours. 

My professional experience started in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry in 2004 where I worked with top global brands in various industries, including Telecommunications, Consumer and Business Retail, Computer Hardware and Software, Travel and Hospitality, Banking and Finance, and Government Services. I experienced managing different client services such as Account Management, Sales Support Services, Helpdesk and Ticket Management, Technical Support, and Hybrid Services through multiple communication Upgrade to see actual info over a decade in the BPO industry, I performed in different roles across multiple departments including Operations, Training, and Quality Assurance. 

I love working in teams because it gives me the opportunity to help others achieve their personal career goals through collaboration, strategic coaching, and targetted skills training. On the other hand, I also appreciate the ability to independently because it gives me the freedom to decide how best to achieve team goals and find creative ways to improve processes.

At my leisure, I taught myself how to design graphics, produce audio-video materials, and write content, which can be used in websites, online and print advertising and marketing campaigns, and business presentations.
