I graduated college with the degree of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. I believe having a strong I.T background is paramount for becoming a successful Virtual Assistant, for this would help a lot on job performance.
My work experience in a Law Office revolves not only on the Technical Support, but also the chance to interact with clients personally or via phone call. Somehow, I think this sharpens my communication skills.
To prepare the threshold of my career as Virtual Assistant, I have arranged a personal room furnished with some kinds of virtual purpose elements like printer, internet connection, computer, and landline phone to ensure my full-time availability to the customers which is very important for a Virtual Assistant.
