I
was molded to be a diligent employee. I know the importance of finishing work
on time and bringing the best on the
knowing your team. I was made aware by experience that knowing people’s strengths
and weaknesses, and assigning them accordingly would help the efficiency of
work. As a BPO Employee, I learned the importance of Customer Service. I
learned how to think outside the box, on how I could serve our customers without
putting the clients at risk challenged me every day.
I
would love to share my experiences and skills with the people I will work with.
And I want to grow with them as well. I am very open to new learning and I am
