Profile Description

I'm a Customer Support Specialist with 4 years of experience providing phone, email, and chat for customers across the United States and also has Sales Experience as Inside Sales Agent for various products shown in the commercial all over US.
I  also worked as s Branch Secretary in the Leading Motorcycle Dealership in the Philippines for almost 4 years. Done all tasks given such as clerical works, daily sales reports, inventory reports, monthly sales monitoring for motorcycles, parts, and accessories reports. I am assigned to do Manager's reports providing all data based on the Branch's sales and Inventory. Apart from that, I also have a monthly sales quota. So, based on the experience I have gained in this field, I can either be a marketing or sales specialist, or data entry specialist. I am efficient in using Microsoft Office tools, CRM and SAP System.
Providing excellent customer service, basic troubleshooting, and resolving customer inquiries have been my passion.
I provide quality customer support, I am skilled in communicating with customers over the phone, chat, and email. I have Customer Support, Sales Support experience in AT&T company for 3 years as well as Verizon Wireless for a year.
I have developed my communications skills from working with different customers in the United States over the phone for almost 5 years and I am excited about the prospect of getting started.
