I am a web professional with five years of experience in data entry, Web Research, Virtual Assistant, social media, Lead Generation and online
And to add to that, I have also 4 years of Customer Support experience working with companies like Simple Mobile, Straight Talk, Comcast and Telstra. Got out of the BPO industry in the year 2015 to work with a Home Based Teaching company from South Korea called I Love Speech, I was with the company for a year. I started freelancing in 2016 working with various clients. A Social Media Marketer for a T shirt company, a Data Entry Specialist for a shoe company and a Virtual Assistant for a real estate company.
I have 2 years experience in Office and Admin and being a Virtual Assistant. I have worked with a T-shirt company and my job was to manage their Social Media Page. I also worked for a shoe company as a Virtual Assistant. As of the moment I'm working part time with a Real Estate company as a Data Entry Specialist converting PDF files to Excel.
I have been working with the English language for 7 years. I worked for various BPO companies since 2011. But I still can't say that I'm an expert cause there is always room to learn.
