Profile Description

I am a web professional with five years of experience in data entry, Web Research, Virtual Assistant, social media, Lead Generation and online Upgrade to see actual info my current position as a freelance Virtual Assistant, I research, find potential customers, data mine for various clients, performing in-depth research for each job. My communication skills, both written and oral, are excellent, and I strive to work with clients to determine their specific needs before starting any work.
And to add to that, I also have 4 years of Customer Support experience working with companies like Simple Mobile, Straight Talk, Comcast and Telstra. Got out of the BPO industry in the year 2015 to work with a Home Based Teaching company from South Korea called I Love Speech, I was with the company for a year. I started freelancing in 2016 working with various clients. A Social Media Marketer for a T shirt company, a Data Entry Specialist for a shoe company and a Virtual Assistant for a real estate company.
