1. Property Management - Managing the property's finances by keeping accurate records of Upgrade to see actual infotting and collecting rent and other fees from tenants, and keeping a good relationship between the tenants and the landlords.

2. Administration - Utilizes effective organizational skills to handle most daily tasks, ensuring all goals are met. Managing emails and calendars. Maintaining an organized file system and database.

3. Lead Generation -  Identifying and gathering new leads based on the client’s criteria, and adding them to the pipeline for nurturing.
