Profile Description

I was once a Pre Authorization Reviewer for CPO Company here in Cebu at Shearwater Health, I acquire skills like reviewing medicals for the patient that has been requested by Doctor's from a specific facility and Resident Doctor. Our scope includes facilitating emails, replying emails, submitting fax report to provider,
attorney, and Nurse case manager. We also help the Utilization Review nurse to set up all the request coming from the physicians and then forwarded to Utilization Review. We are trained for Excel, MS Word, Outlook Express and Fax. Although I can't say that I've already learned everything from it, but I am motivated and willing to be trained if necessary. Also once a part of Financial account, we handle customer's from the US, I can say that through the years of experience and dedication for my work, I have acquired a lot of skills of being a good customer service and to name some of it you have to be empathetic and
well rounded in handling irate customer's. I will work self-directed and figure things out whenever possible. I am looking to be a part of your company where I can share my knowledge and experience.
