I've been working in the Call Center Industry for almost 6 years already. Been working with a different project with the same company. I am a certified Level 2 Customer Service and Technical Support Engineer. From being a customer service representative, I learned to be typically good at listening and have great communication and interpersonal skills. This may include providing information about a product, dealing with concerns and questions, reviewing customer accounts, and verifying their appointments for technicians to come out. I was also transferred from the Escalation Department, where we handle customer complaints from the job of the onsite Technician and handling television signal issues. I am currently working as a Project Coordinator Assistant to one of the biggest companies in the USA.
