I have worked under several US companies as a Virtual Assistant. I am skilled in working with Wordpress to Marketing Automation in Infusionsoft, Zapier and Active Campaign. Right now I am currently own a company running a team of Virtual Assistants that assists US Insurance companies with their Marketing Automation and Backend services. Along with this we also offer a team of skilled virtual assistants to work as a personal assistants for company executives or dedicated support staff for video editing and many more. Started my VA journey as an by managing emails for my client. Part of the process in importing contacts and leads in Automations are working on Excel databases so I was able to develop my Excel skills and anything I don't know I teach myself pretty quickly by checking out online training and recourses.

Lead entry from facebook or other social media platform forms to zapier to Infusionsoft, Webforms from sites to Infusionsoft, email marketing with delay timers and action triggered communication like open email or video view etc..
I have 3 years of experience developing in Infusionsoft. Experienced working on Infusionsoft accounts from scratch designing automations from the ground up. Custom automations based on client workflow and lead journey. Also experienced working on prebuilt Infusionsoft accounts expanding current automation and designing add-ons to current build and redirecting lead flows and processes. I have a year working in Wordpress building basic website designs and connecting the website to automations in Infusionsoft and other providers like banking through Stripe or creating an online course system through Access Ally.
I have experience working on wordpress websites customizing current pages and designing new pages. Also have experience connecting websites to automation and banking through Stripe. I know how to design an online course website by using AccessAlly and create online webforms using Gravity forms or Jotforms and other form builders.
Part of developing an online course website via Wordpress is editing and uploading videos to an online video management site like Vimeo. I've had reasonable experience in working with Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva when I was developing online course sites on WP and also in Kajabi.
Part of working in automation is customer service and tech support. I have experience working with US companies in developing their automation and providing support for bug fixes and updates to customer requests. I can provide support to clients via chat, phone, email, and online calls via Zoom or pre recorded training materials on Loom.
I have 2 years of experience managing a small 4 man team and growing it to a 35 team headcount providing support for automation, webdev and customer service. Fulfillment is a HUGE undertaking and I know the pain points in undergoing such a process.
