I have almost 5 years worth of professional experience in the IT and Customer Service industry. I have dealt with customers from international financial institutions and I've also done customer support both in English and French. Moreover, I have been a social media manager for numerous clients and have had the privilege of leading a team of digital marketing specialists and web developers before. On the side, I also create websites and am passionate about graphic design.

Took up Amazon Seller VA Masterclass that helped me develop my skills in Product and Keyword Research (Helium10 - Automated Research), Customer Service, Supplier Sourcing (Alibaba), Account Maintenance, Inventory Management, Copywriting, Social Media Management, and Graphic Design.

I take pride in my great attention to detail and passion for writing. Throughout the years, I have also developed a deep interest in language acquisition (C2 for English, B2 for French).

Technically, I am proficient as well in the following software/ skill: CRMs, MS Office (Access, Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook), GSuite tools (Sheets, Presentation, Docs, Trends), Web Development, Debugging, RCA, Technical Writing, Database Management, Data Entry, and Data Analysis. Moreover, I have an interest as well in Investments (Stocks, Bonds, Funds) and Cryptocurrency.

Lastly, as a professional, I make it a point that I add value to the company that I would be working with, I’m a firm believer in putting more emphasis on providing excellent output over extensive expertise.
