LEASING
- Monitoring guest cards and coordinating with Prospects
- Converting Rental Applications to Move-ins
- Moving-out tenants
- Sent Renewal offers to current tenants
- Assisting tenants in activating their online portal
- Customer service to tenants
ACCOUNTING:
- Entering Credits into the tenant's ledger
- Entering charges/ recurring charges
- Reversing charges
- Entering receipts
- Creating bills for invoices
- Adding GL Accounts
- Collection calls to tenants
- Checking delinquency reports and following up on rent payments to tenants
MAINTENANCE
- Creating a work order
- Acknowledge work orders created by tenants - Assign vendors to do the job
- coordination with tenants and vendors concerning schedules
- managing estimates
- troubleshooting tenant's concern before sending a vendor
- Onboarding new vendors
- Creating vendor in the system
- Monitoring work orders from being a new work order until completion.
