I am a highly motivated, focused, passionate and creative individual with 3 years of experience in Customer Service, 7 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, 2 years of experience as Social Media Manager and Content Writer, 3 months of experience as E-commerce and General Virtual Assistant.

I specialized in increasing brand awareness and online reputation by communicating the company's brand in a positive and authentic way to attract modern buyers.

I am knowledgeable in E-commerce and Keyword Listing Optimization to improve product ranking using the following tools: Amazon Seller Central, Helium10, Data Drive, Unicorn Smasher and OA Xray.

My first work as a Content Writer for Amazonationph in September 2018 helped the company gain 80% of new enrollee applications in the masterclass. I was able to achieve this because of my commitment to posting daily content on all their social media pages. Articles that are well thought of are filled with compelling stories and up-to-date information.

My biggest writing break is my work with WAOConnect, an IT Solution company in June of 2020. Although the task given is in an industry, I am not familiar with, I did not let it waver my drive to write compelling stories and client-friendly software pieces of information. I also did not let deadlines stop my unwavering adherence to submitting all articles on time.
With two years of experience as a writer, the highlights of my career include...Publishing 2 magazines, 22 articles, and 2 years' worth of daily social media content, interviewed individuals involved in the accounting software industry, Virtual Assistance industry and other personalities related to the industry to create high impact reading material.
I also know how to work with Social Media platforms with high-volume of users like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Wordpress and Tumblr. I am also knowledgeable in SEO Creation platforms like Google Keyword Planner. I create and publish relevant, original and high-quality content materials to increase the demands of the products.
