Profile Description

I am currently working as an email/chat support for Wiley Journals. I handle inquiries about invoicing, refunds, payment confirmation and payment tracing.  I also send email quotations to customers, assist in order processing and cancellation.
Prior to that, I was a customer support agent for Elsevier Editorial System for 4
years. I provided support via email, live chat and phone. I have extensive training in providing excellent customer service for Elsevier's authors, reviewers and editors worldwide.
I assisted our customers from submission steps to basic editing, status inquiries, invoicing and refunds and even some technical questions which I have learned from familiarizing myself with the submission system. On top of my job as a customer support, I was also one of the quality checkers for other agents' responses, ensuring that all agents are adhering to email etiquette, proper spelling and grammar, providing the correct and appropriate responses for each query type and ensuring that the quality of customer support provided meets the high standard that Elsevier has set upon us. I was also responsible for ensuring that target turn-around time for emails are met on my shift and target number of queries replied to is met or surpassed as the shift ends. I can work independently with very little assistance and I have the initiative to go the extra mile to provide excellent customer support.
Customer satifaction is very important to me so I realy do not mind doing extra work to help a customer. I am also not afraid to ask help from colleagues and superiors if I really do not know what is being asked.
I am looking for a long term, stable, good paying job that offers flexibilty in working hours. I am willing to work long hours or even night shifts but I just needed the flexibility to be able to attend to my kids needs when necessary. I guarantee that I will help you with your customers as much as I can and with utmost dedication because I want to grow with your company too.
