-communicate with the doctor about the patient 
-Set appointments, reschedule and do cancellation as well 
-Also help with the Front Desk on taking calls, (inquiries) 
-Check faxes and Voicemail
-Do callbacks for following up
-transcribe voicemail
-copy paste report to another file
-setting up goals for performance
-organizing workflow- monitoring employees
