Profile Description

I recently worked at a Lead Generation company as a Research data analyst. We gather information from various companies. I also worked on different websites as Customers support. My task there involves sending emails about the status of their orders and checking complaints from clients. I also worked on Zendesk as chat support, I entertain clients asking about the products, events, and services the websites provide. I`m also familiar with the Jungo account there my task is to send emails, and SMS and schedule contact for follow-up.
