The recent company that I've worked for is in the BPO Industry, both customer service and technical support, while the first work is for a Data Entry company.
In Customer service, i am responsible for handling and informing dentists/nurses/doctors about the insurance and payments of their patients.
The Technical Support job allows me to troubleshoot mobiles phone, escalates problems when it can't be solved through basic troubleshooting and also remote access for the last resort.
The skills i gained in working for a BPO company are,
1. I am able to work in a stressful environment and stay calm all the time.

First Job that i have is data encoding of legal documents of a confidential client.
The skills i gained are:
1. Efficiency in achieving or going beyond the goal set for everyday 2. Accuracy because the it will reflect on our work profile if the completed documents are not organized and correct.
Current work: Office in SchoolI handle sorting of documents and dealing with clients.
