Profile Description

I have been in the virtual security work since 2019 and greatly helped my clients with their businesses. All of them are awesome clients and great to work with. Ranging from small retail shops, large warehouses with office and parking lot, mid-size apartment and large lodge or inns. 
If you need someone to monitor your live cameras from two cameras up to 24 live cameras, I can do that.

If you need to review your recorded footage/clips for any purposes, I can work on it. Motion-sensored footage/video clips are the most time saving to review because, it will not show the idle or not important part of the video recording that may eat a lot of time to watch/review.

Below are the tasks that I have already experienced working on:
- Employees ins and outs from the workplace
- Reporting pilferage
- Locating deliveries, packages, items that are missing
- Pro-actively report customers that are complaining or unusual
- Pro-actively report employee issues
- Provide detailed report on an iUpgrade to see actual info or issue
- Report trespassing issue or animals causing issue within the area
- Pro-actively report unauthorized transactions or activities within the
workplace
- If needed, informing you when contractors, e.g., pest control,
cleaners, carpenters, etc., are in the area
- Calling the local police, 911 or fire department
- Talking to people over the speaker if there are visitors, intruders,
trespassers, porch pirates, etc.
- Report any unusual that are not mentioned above
- Investigation of any iUpgrade to see actual info

Creating reports that suits your needs may it be on Excel, MS Word, Google Docs, etc.

My English verbal and written communication level is above average.

Special skill: I can read and understand basic HTML since I used to work as SEO for more than 2 years but that was a long time ago. Basic troubleshooting too of computer hardware.
