Profile Description

I was a CRM Manager on a remote office environment, providing training all over the globe. Part of my duties are: 1) re-organizing the CRM data system; 2) improvement and automation of end-to-end processes from sales to fulfillment stages; 3) content management and member support for post-sales and technical issues; 4) report generation for leads management, marketing funnels, and member retention; and 5) rebuilding of campaigns based on improved and simplified workflow automation.
