I am a self-educated and very disciplined
individual and I give my 100% when it comes to my work.



I am experienced in management duties like
facility and worker management, shift filling, worker calendar management,
answering phone, text, and email from both facilities and workers, and ensuring
the smooth transition of workers working at client facilities.



Have done many projects involving lead generation
for different types of companies from BPO industries, Medical, Veterinarian,
Food Service, and business markets. I am proficient in Customer Support Roles
and Tech support since I have many years of experience working in the BPO
industry. I am very knowledgeable in using MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. I am
comfortable speaking neutral English and speaking with customers over the
phone. 



I also am experienced in email and chat support
management wherein one of my tasks is to reply to clients daily and help them
achieve their goals.



I am tech-savvy and know how to go around the
internet may it be for research or data mining. I can do Marketing and Sales
thru Lead Generation and LinkedIn Marketing.
