eBay Store Manager
-Fulfill orders on Amazon, Home Depot, Walmart, Lowes, Sportsman guide and Aliexprsse
-Knowledge of using cashback (Ebates and Giving Assistant) before processing orders.
-CSR-Email Management. Answer all customer queries.
-Handle returns and cases.
-Monitor / Update tracking number. 
-Find profitable items using Zik Analytics.
-Cancel orders and source items for unfulfilled orders.
-Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
-Monitor all awaiting shipment orders and make sure that tracking numbers are uploaded promptly within the stated handling time.
-Revise all the listing no sales items from more than 30 days ago and the less than 10 views that are 7 days live, to improve the sales of the store.
-Price match / Negotiate the price with a chat representative on a different source to get a discount.
