Profile Description

I have more than 9 years experience on the BPO industry, I have done telemarketing, lead generation, appointment setting and several social and website management. I'm also a seasoned Virtual assistant so you can call me your all around VA since I have done mostly anything in terms of outsourcing. I have knowledge on several CRM's such us Asana, Slack, Zendesk, GoDaddy, Freshbooks, Shopify, Geekseller, Lauch27, Wordpress, Walmart, Hubstaff, Hubspot, JET and many more. As for social media tools I have used Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer with the skills I acquired all through the years I am very trainable with less supervision. 

I can both function as a customer service representative as well as a customer service manager with tasks such as project and calendar management, updating and distribution of emails, organizing files, conducting general research, and in managing social media as I have a background in website management and copy writing.
