Profile Description

Web Project Manager by profession for 13 years in a BPO company. For over 10 years of experience in the industry, I have managed different kinds of projects, teams, and clients. I have been exposed to different types of projects namely: 
?Them-Based and Custom WordPress 
?Custom Laravel WebApps 
?Hybrid Mobile Apps 
?Adhoc tasks

In each project I've managed, my responsibilities as a Project Manager include:- ?Ensures that the PM Triangle is properly managed, where projects should be within scope, within budget, within timeline, and with Quality output.
?Ensures that client is updated regularly on the project status through emails and regular virtual meetings, attend to their concerns, and help them solve problems/issues.
?Ensures that my project team is on track with their respective tasks, attends to their concerns and clarifications, and gives appreciation for their hard work. 
?Create and maintain project documentation for proper monitoring.
?Ensures that I have a good relationship with my co-PMs since we are sharing most of the human resources like Designers, Developers, and Testers/QAs.
