As a Customer Service Representative, I have done so much of encoding data, processing payments, and updating account specifics and I've also figured out over the years that patience and using a positive language is the key to the job role that I have. I am also confident that I would be able to use my skills on how to communicate in the English language fluently with the help of the experiences that I had. I have also the knowledge to use basic softwares like MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint. Managing social medias would also be included since it is already a part of my day-to-day basis. I am more than willing to go extra mile and be focused just to finish my work on time because I firmly believe that attention to detail would really be a big help to produce a work that is orderly and attractive.
