I've been a specialist in the BPO industry and the last job I had was with Pearson Higher Education and K-12 Program (educational account). I was a Subject Matter Expert of the said account. I worked hand-in-hand with clients of different nationalities, helped them meet their objectives and specific needs. I  was also tasked to support agents on their real-time calls, took inbound and outbound calls of my own, processed order placements, handled chat support and email concerns, processed product enhancements and deliverables from different countries. I took care of the agents' needs and handled client meetings, scheduled them depending on attendees availability, did presentations, team’s schedule adjustments, fixed system outages, and issues, handled and closely monitored my own team to help them reach their daily to monthly metrics. I reviewed annual performances, raised all concerns to the right people concerned, and helped the Quality Assurance team in all parameters. I was the person who created the template responses for the said account. These email templates which I have created were used and is still being used by PEARSON to respond to customers and clients from around the globe. I have excellent skills in sentence, paragraph, and email composition.
