Profile Description

I have been with the BPO industry for more than 2 years (from 2016 to 2018) as a Recruiter. I have screened and interviewed applicants, I assessed them through our exams, I have also conducted their job offers. Whenever we have low traction of applicants, I do call-outs and invite online applicants to walk-in. I am computer literate. My English grammar skills is excellent. I am very dedicated to my tasks and I know how to manage my time well. I also worked with a US based medical staffing wherein I sourced, called, interviewed Physicians for hospital jobs. After this experience, I focused on being an educator. I worked as a part-time College Instructor from 2019 onwards. My contract with the University ends every semester. If I am lucky, I am able to renew my contract every semester. I teach minor social sciences and legal subjects. Right now, I am working from home as a freelancer and recruiter. I source and recruit candidates for various roles such as Virtual Assistant, Customer Service, Graphic Designer, Social Media Manager and more. I am passionate in the things that I do. I can assure my employer I am reliable and hardworking.
