Profile Description

I’m a freelance bookkeeper from the Philippines, with experience in Quickbooks and Xero accounting. My expertise is focused on bank reconciliation, payables and payments transactions. 

I'm also an experienced project manager. My project management involvement covers initiating and planning engagements, identifying appropriate resources, reviewing project deliverable, monitoring project timeline and budget, escalating and managing project issues, and handling timely billing and collections.

I'm also proficient in conducting interviews with stakeholders, analyzing current processes and technology, identifying areas for improvement, redesigning processes and organization structure by leveraging on best practices to optimize performance, documenting business processes using various tools and reporting results to top management.

I have knowledge in different in-house and ERP systems including SAP (B1, A1, R3), Architecture for Integrated Information System (ARIS), Visio, Xero and QuickBooks.

I have more than 10 years of experience in corporate world and more than a year in freelancing. 

I'm also experienced in travel planning. I know how to create travel quotations, research for nice places, and book for hotels, airfares and travel tours. 

I am a dedicated and hardworking person who believes in honesty and good working relation.

I am equipped with a dedicated home office complete with computer, copier/scanner and colored printer.
