Profile Description

I have worked for various companies with different Upgrade to see actual info is in the BPO industry that I have been with for a long time. I have worked as a Customer Service Representative for financial accounts and a phone service provider in United States of Upgrade to see actual infotails of my job description that shaped my skills are outlined below:
-Provide effective and consistent customer support
-Handle calls and promptly forwarded them to the appropriate department
-Resolve client complaints regarding bills and services
-Offer other services or sales
-Good calculation and documentation skills
During those years, I was able to polish my skills in customer relationship, management relationship. Although I can do the above tasks, I don't limit my self in learning new ideas. Thus, I will be glad to any kind of job that would improve me more.
