I have been in the customer service industry since 2005. I worked for prestigious
financial institutions and big computer companies. I have experience on data protection and fraud detection, as well as data entry.
I'm fluent in oral and written English skills and knows a bit of article writing. I worked as a customer service officer for a bank for more than 6 years which includes phone and email support.
I have basic computer knowledge and ready to be trained if needed. I am a fast learner and always in the seek of something new to learn.
I love to travel, read good books and binge watch from TV series to movies. I have a positive outlook in life, work well with others and have a high value of respect and equality towards co-workers.
