The last 10 years of my career have been with the BPO Industry, 9 years of it as a leader/supervisor. I have been consistently commended for People Management and keenness to details. We would have regular reports to create and generate using MS Office. I am always open to change, training, and new challenges. I am more than happy to learn and be taught new things.
Prior to joining the BPO Industry, I worked with the Pre-Need/Insurance companies, taking care of training and selection of the sales force. I had the rare chance to be on a national newspaper for Sales Excellence Award.
Prior to joining the pre-need/insurance business, I also had the opportunity to be with the Hotel/Hospitality Industry as Executive Assistant to the President/CEO, taking care of communications for the different departments. I also spent about about 6 to 7 years with the Retail Industry, working with the largest Retail companies in the country.
I am very dedicated and passionate about the tasks assigned to me, making sure that I deliver the best I can, put my 100?fort and heart into it.
