I recently worked as a Business Unit Manager for an ESL Upgrade to see actual info the past I worked in the same industry as a Business English Coach, QA officer and ESL teacher.
As a manager, I was able to manage the operations and administrative work which does not limit to internal and external communication, recruitment, training, time sheets and so on. At that time, we often use Google Docs and from time to time Microsoft office in our Upgrade to see actual infoMoreover I provided Business English training to Korean and Japanese executives from companies such as POSCO, Fast Retailing, Softbank, BTMU etc.
