Profile Description

I first started my customer support career over 6 years ago when I was hired at a reseller’s company on Upgrade to see actual info as a customer service representative. I would say my whole experience with that company was quite a challenge because I literally don’t know anything about the job and how Amazon Seller Central works. However, instead of giving up, I strived hard and worked diligently so I could gain experience and understanding of how exactly things are done in that certain job position. During my time in that company, I would say I gained some relevant knowledge which I actually have used as my tool and edge as a team leader in the next company that I was Upgrade to see actual info was still on Upgrade to see actual info but with another reseller, and during my time with the company, we were able to maintain our Order Defect Rate to 90% which is safe to say that I, together with my team have done a great impact with providing a positive buying experience to our customers. The third company I worked with was again with a reseller on Amazon, and again as a customer service representative. Though I have been with Amazon for the past years, my experience with this reseller was the most significant because I get to experience other tasks like processing orders, checking product listings, and filing claims which I am very pleased to have learned since I love to learn new skills. Through these skills I acquired over the years, I am confident that I can be of great help to your company and it would also be an opportunity for me to advance the skills that I mentioned to the next level.
