Profile Description

I started working as a claims adjuster for Humana, a medical account. I got promoted within the same year through hard work and perseverance. The next year, I decided to apply to a bigger company. I got hired as a Technical Support Representative for AT&T Uverse back in 2015. After 2 years, I got promoted as a Subject Matter Expert then to a Team Lead the following year. I also was a Team Leader for TMobile and Metro PCS.
For the last five years, I have acquired a lot of useful skills. Aside from being an expert technical support representative, I also have skills in Networking and Database Management. These skills are self taught since I am really interested in Information Technology. I also have a great knowledge in all MS Office Applications especially Excel since that was the main tool the I use as a Team Lead when generating reports. I am also familiar with Marketing since back in college I took up a Degree in Marketing but I was not able to complete it due to personal reasons.

It's intended to help employers know who they're talking to is real, and not a fake identity.
