I am a team player with a passionate
and fun personality, and can work well with different types of clients.

I bring with me 8 years of banking experience with extensive
knowledge in the finance industry coupled with great marketing and customer
relations.

On top of that, I was also the project manager for an up and
coming jewelry design business in the United States for 1 year.
 
Upon joining the online community, I have added on technology
platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, Slack, Autotask, Sharepoint, Teams, Pandadoc, MS Outlook, and order fulfillment for Shopify, AliExpress, Thrivecart and the latest was with Amazon Central Seller.
 
Adding to that, I also worked as an online customer support
team that handles complaints, refunds, and customer turnaround experience.  I also enjoy marketing products that I know and believe people can get their money's worth.  I am looking forward to being a part of your dynamic company.
