Profile Description

I worked as Teacher. I had several experiences in planning, preparing and delivering lessons and presentation by making use of the audiovisual technological devices and other innovative materials, I am Knowledgeable in Microsoft and several related administrative tools. 

I also worked as Human Resource Officer and handled recruiting, screening, interviewing applicants, contacting references and performing background checks, conducting new employee orientations, handling employee relations, payroll, benefits and trainings and process paperworks needed by the employees.
I have also been a Customer Service Representative trained and with experience in resolving customer's complaints and dedicated in providing long-term resolution with world-class customer service. Handling customer enquiries through chat or phone, Assisting customers in placing orders, tracking orders and modifying requests. Providing basic and advanced technical support. 

I  am also passionate in writing, making blogs, contents, and doing research. I want to apply the knowledge and skills I acquired and contribute immensely to the growth of your business.
