Profile Description

I was with an emerging Australian facilities management company for as a appointment setter/meeting coordinator.
My experience with them thought me how to be clever and ingenious when it comes to lead generation and cold calling. Enumerated below are my duties as appointment setter/meeting coordinator.

-email invitation to prospect clients
-calendar invitation to clients- lead generation through research
-appointment setting through cold calling
-answering inbound calls 
-CRM usage/notation of details
-keep accurate records using googledocs
-provide general administrative support


A few years ago I was able to create my own Facebook page together
with my partner for selling unique items and gift ideas.

Though
I’m not an expert, I can say I am very good in social media
marketing and virtual store management. Here are some of my duties as Facebook page co-admin and co-virtual store owner. 

-creating enticing captions and description of the items
-creating proper and exact pictures of the items we're selling  
-chat support/answering queries
-payment receiving
-product shipping
-deliveries   


I was with a reputable and prominent bank for 5 consecutive years as a
customer service associate pioneering a new account that time (Manila
Account for Credit Cards Sales Outbound from April  2010 - April
2015).I can say that, that experience molded me into a skilled sales
agent. Kindly check a rundown of my job description that shaped my
skills:

-Handle customer calls related to banking details, loans,
credit cards 
-Resolve/ troubleshoot customer issues /concerns 
-Answer customer questions 
-Locate customer request in client knowledge base and provide answer,information,next steps, etc. 
-Conduct product / service inquiry research 
-Update,notate, add, etc. customer information in account database in client system (data entry)
-Initiate customer requests through client systems 
-Escalate/transfer calls as necessary
-Cash Installment plan (Cash loans) applications, Balance transfers and
other       Bank loan products
-Participating in engagement activities for the process
