As someone who has spent over a decade working in call centers, I believe that I have become an expert in providing customer support. My primary area of focus as a support agent has been in the telecommunications industry, where I am accustomed to handling high volumes of requests on a daily basis.

Having worked for both corporate companies and small businesses, I understand the significant challenge of listening to customer feedback in delivering excellent customer experience.
