Profile Description

I'm an online bookkeeper and marketing assistant. I have been tasked to do the following tasks; Handling Emails, use of Email Marketing & Marketing Automation Tools (ActiveCampagin, Mailchimp, AWeber and Ontraport), Cold Emailing, Facebook Advertising, Podcast Posting, Handling Wordpress Websites/On-Page SEO, Working with WooCommerce, Social Media Management, Working with Amazon(UPC, Title, Price, SKU, adding images, using Jungle Scout for Amazon), Working with Shopify stores (knows Oberlo, TeeSpoon and Ali inspector), Shopify Email Support, and anything related to digital/online marketing. I also did finance analysis, cash and budget projection, prepared
financial statements for a certain period.
I am also a Virtual Assistant, I can do Administrative tasks like Internet Research, Generating and Organizing Leads, Craigslist Posting, Keyword Research with the use Google AdWords and have Excellent English Language Comprehension. 
I can also do a basic task like; Data Entry with the use of Google Docs and Spreadsheets, Manage Dropbox, Google Drive and Google Calendar, Set Appointments with internal/external clients through E-mails. 

My responsibility as a virtual accountant/bookkeeper includes the following.
1. Examining and verifying financial Upgrade to see actual infoputing, preparing, and filing tax returns and other tax-related work3. Helping businesses trim costs and run more efficiently4. Keeping the books and financial records up to date5. Ensuring that accounting procedures adhere to best-practice standards6. Overseeing payroll operations
The system that I have used are Quickbooks, Xero, Spectra PF, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics. I have worked with different industries locally and internationally such as advertising, real state, manufacturing, retail and shared services for foreign clients like BPO companies.

Additional skill is editing photos with the use of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.
