- I have worked as a QA in the BPO industry for 8 years, with extensive experience in Quality Assurance, Training, Monitoring, Calibration and Reports generation.
- I was a former Supervisor in my previous job and have skills in handling, motivating and training people.
- I am a graduate of FEU Manila with a degree in Management. I have completed my MBA units from San Beda College Manila.
- I have 2 years work experience in ESL teaching, I have taught Conversational English via Upwork and Business English via a Language School in Alabang.
- I have worked as a freelance content writer for various small and medium sized enterprises. I am very capable of writing articles/blogs on different topics as required. Sample works can be provided as required.
- I have native level English skills in both spoken and written work. I have been part of training a large number of employees, usually doing the QA talk and assessing their skills before they are officially moved to the Production team.
- I have a good grasp of Online marketing, Social Media integration and its necessary tools (Salesforce).
