Profile Description

18 years in the Customer Service industry gave me a vast knowledge about the phone and online support. I have been a Team Manager for almost 14 years and have managed different teams of Customer Service Representatives making sure adherence to performance standards is achieved as well as Quality Control
Processes and Procedures are followed, with the overall aim of achieving key
center targets.

In the same company, as a Project Coordinator, I acted as an Officer in Charge
to co-partners and handled merchant relations for T-Mobile, Lending Tree,
Earthlink, Upgrade to see actual info, Upgrade to see actual info to name a few.

Having been in a corporate world starting as an Executive Assistant, I became
adept in providing professional service to the Chief Executive Officer of the
company. Being keen on details from calendar management down to the minute aspect of the day-to-day admin tasks, paved my way to being a Head Executive Assistant after less than a year.  

Aside from having good interpersonal skills, I can handle pressure, I am a fast
learner and a goal-oriented individual. I am highly flexible and can deal with
diverse personalities. I also have a positive outlook in life.

I have always worked independently - being self-directed and
solutions-oriented, looking for a business I can be of valuable contribution to.
