Profile Description

I have been in the banking industry since 2010, particularly in consumer and commercial loans. I also have experience in delinquent loans collections. My banking experience has equipped me with credit evaluation, financial analysis, and marketing skills. I’m also able to effectively communicate with people from of different economic and social status, from janitors, messengers, executive assistants, middle managers, and all the way up to business owners and company presidents.
I can also provide customer service and/or support functions, as I have some work experience as a customer support representative.
I'm university-educated, with a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Marketing major). I attended a private school, so I am proficient and comfortable with the English language.
I am also skilled in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Powerpoint, as I use these three applications on a daily basis.
I also enjoy researching different topics online as I like to learn about new things.
