Profile Description

Executive Assistant to the CEO (1 year, 3 months)
I mainly handled the CEO's appointments with clients as well as internal meetings. I also follow up and collate any reports or documents needed from all the departments in the organization. This has honed my people skills and proficiency in MS Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook. I am also responsible for updating our company CRM (Infusionsoft), designing campaigns and doing a little bit of content writing. Majority of my time in this role is spent managing projects, coordinating conferences and maintaining a good relationship between the CEO and the employees, as well as the clients.
I am very resourceful, highly trainable and have good organisational and communication skills.
ESL Teacher (TEYL/TOEFL Certified)
Prior to me EA position, I have had 7 years experience as an online ESL Teacher between 2 companies, Education Elamp and TutorABC. I have taught students from 3-70 years old, handling one on one classes to a maximum of 10 students per class. Classes I've handled vary from grammar, writing, reading and speaking. I asses a student based on their learning style and customize my teaching to their needs. I am very patient and have enough experience with handling different personalities which is essential in imparting knowledge.
