Profile Description

When I was a Senior Team Leader I was hands on in creating daily reports for my Team and the whole Department and been doing bench Upgrade to see actual infoing with Australian Clients. Plus I am well trained in using Microsoft Excel and Outlook and Google Spreadsheets and Drive. They've been my best friends since then. I frequently receive outstanding feedback for my management skills and on how I personalized my emails.
I am not just Technically inclined, I am very good in Sales too, making sales and good numbers. To sum it up, excellent Customer Service is what I offer. Exceeding to customers expectation and going extra mile.
