I have previous experience working in a call center for 3 years for American and Australian-based telecommunication companies. I work for these companies as a customer service and technical support. I have 5+ years of experience as a virtual assistant and in the data entry industry, so I understand and follow the technical specifications that are needed to be an effective virtual assistant. I can work efficiently without supervision and meet deadlines under pressure. I am also an Unbxd Merchandiser Guru. I use a third-party tool to control and manipulate products on a website including boosting items, demoting out-of-stock products, improving website search experience, and running a Upgrade to see actual info total, I accumulated 10 years of working experience. With these years of work experience, I consider myself one of the tough workers in the industry.

Talking about other skills that I possess, I can type 80 words per minute with 97 percent accuracy. I know how to use online tools such as Google docs and sheet, Trello, Slack, DSM Tool, SIK Analytic, SKU grid, and I am also excellent in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Corel Draw, and Photoshop. When it comes to working availability, I can work 20 to 40 hours a week (that depends on the job requirements). I am also very competitive, a self-starter, and have the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision, and finally, the most important characteristics that I possess, honesty.
